I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was situated on the outskirts of the city, offering a breathtaking view of the nearby mountains. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with two pools, a children's playground area, and horseback riding available. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing not to love about this hotel! From the comfortable and firm mattress to the great water pressure in the shower, everything was perfect.

Their authentic Mexican cuisine in the restaurant is decent.

The smell of damp sheets and cleaning products in the room can give you a hard time sleeping.

Beautiful surroundings, great staff, and enjoyable activities. My partner and I loved the natural beauty and serenity of the location - we were surrounded by mountains that added to the romantic atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed activities like horseback riding and swimming in the pool, which made our stay even more fun. we appreciated the fact that the hotel was located on the outskirts of the town, which gave us some much-needed peace and quiet.

Dampness and unpleasant smell in our room and some areas of the hotel. Although our room was comfortable, it was quite damp and had an unpleasant smell, which took us some time to get used to.

The views around the hotel were really beautiful, with stunning mountains all around. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and answer any questions we had. It was really nice to have two pools to choose from, one for adults and one for children, and the playground was a plus for families with kids.

The hotel felt old and musty, with a strong smell of cleaning products in the room, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the bedding and furniture were outdated and uncomfortable, and the dampness of the room certainly didn't help.
